30-day money-back guarantee. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. Email us at support@dinnercovered.com with your order number. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. No forms, no questions you have to answer.

Digital products. Our products are digital files (PDF) delivered instantly by download link. Because you get immediate access, refunds are handled only through the guarantee above. After a refund, please delete the files you downloaded.

Your legal rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. Our 30-day guarantee goes beyond this and applies to every order. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer laws of your country.

Payment problems. If you were charged twice or the download link doesn't work, email us and we'll fix it the same day where possible.
